Nice products, delivery could improve

I bought one of their artisan candles and a small minimalist sculpture. Both items are genuinely lovely and fit my aesthetic perfectly. The candle smells amazing and burns evenly. The sculpture is a nice accent piece. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took a full week to get here, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores I use. Packaging was secure though, no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking. Overall, good value for the quality, just wish delivery was a tad faster.

Consistent quality always

This is my third time buying from Zendo Crafts, and they're always reliable. I got some linen napkins this time, and they're just as nice as the woven basket I bought last year. Shipping took about 5 days to reach Denver this time, which is pretty standard for them. Good to know I can always count on their stuff being well made. That's why I keep coming back.

I ordered a candle a while back, took about a week to get to me in California. So NYC might be quicker, but still might be pushing it for 'before next weekend' unless you order like, today.

My last order got here in 4-5 days, but that was like a regular week. Holiday times it might be slower. You could maybe check their FAQ for estimated times to specific areas, I think they have that.

Zendo Crafts definitely feels more curated and minimalist, if that's your vibe. Uncommon Goods has a wider range but can sometimes feel a bit more... eclectic? Zendo feels more consistent with its aesthetic.

Their returns were pretty straightforward for me. I sent back a ceramic bowl that arrived slightly chipped and they processed it fairly quickly. Just follow the instructions on their site, I think you usually have 30 days.
